Refund & Cancellation

EDUCATION STATION will not, under any circumstances, issue refunds for early service withdrawal. Any service paid for will not be refunded, later than 48 hours of payment received or once the service's process is started. It is important you contact EDUCATION STATION as soon as possible for any correction of a mistake on your part. Once the process is started, Education Station reserves the right to refuse the refund for any mistake made by the client and shall not be held responsible for it. Refund request made before the lapse of the stated time period (48 hours or once the process is started) will still be subjected to registration fee of 25$. We value your time and expect you to value our time as well by respecting our service policy.

No refund will be made for securing a seat in college when processed to Education Station, as we do not charge anything for securing a seat in a college/university and all fee payable to secure a seat goes to the institution directly.

Education Station is committed to provide exceptional services in a prompt manner. If any client decides to cancel our services, Education Station has implemented a cancellation policy that will be observed strictly.

  1. Your registration with us is completed, once you have made the full payment. Payments can be done in person or online.
  2. Refund process might take 30 business days from the day refund request is made and to reflect the refund on the bank statement.
